This website is operated by JHIT LLC, doing business as NiceDivot, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. By using the site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Submitting a service request starts a conversation — it is not a binding contract or a confirmed appointment. Prices shown on the site and produced by the estimator are good-faith estimates. Final pricing depends on the components selected and the actual condition of your clubs, and we confirm an exact quote before starting work.

Stated turnaround times are targets, not guarantees. Component backorders, weather, and the condition of incoming equipment can extend a job. We will tell you as soon as we know a timeline has changed.

We treat every set as if it were our own and work within each head's safe tolerances. Golf equipment carries inherent risk: older, previously bent, cast, or fatigued heads and shafts can crack, break, or fail during otherwise standard repair, bending, or removal work. By leaving equipment with us you accept that risk. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, cosmetic wear, or failures caused by prior work or normal fatigue, and our liability for any single job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

Mail-in equipment is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please insure valuable shipments. Finished work not collected within 60 days of notice may be subject to storage fees.

Payment is due when work is collected unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not process card payments on this website; invoices are settled in person or through a payment app such as Venmo. Custom-ordered components are non-refundable once ordered.

Shop listings describe used and new equipment sold as-is unless a listing states otherwise. Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your inquiry, and prices and listings may change without notice. We do our best to photograph and describe condition accurately; the item you receive is the item shown.

Some outbound product links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on purchases made through them at no extra cost to you. Those purchases are governed by the retailer's own terms — we are not the seller and cannot handle their returns.

If you create a client account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the information you enter about your bag. Do not attempt to access another client's records or interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend accounts used improperly.

Our guides, estimator, and fitting content are educational. They are general information about equipment, not a substitute for a hands-on fitting or a professional recommendation for your specific clubs.

The NiceDivot name, logo, photography, and written content on this site belong to JHIT LLC. Brand names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the equipment we service and supply. You may not republish our content without permission.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, JHIT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Charleston County, South Carolina.
