When you submit a service request, join the seasonal tune-up reminder list, ask about an item for sale, submit a testimonial, or create an account, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and a description of the work or equipment involved.

Account and workshop records. If you have a client login, we store your service history, bag specifications, invoices, and payment status so you can view them in your dashboard.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed — along with cookie and analytics identifiers described below.

• To answer your questions and respond to inquiries about items for sale.
• To send transactional email (quotes, invoices, service updates) and, if you opted in, seasonal tune-up reminders.

We keep service and invoice records as long as needed to support your equipment and to meet accounting and legal obligations, and we keep account data until you ask us to delete it. Access to workshop records is restricted per account, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

You can unsubscribe from reminder emails using the link in any message or by emailing us. You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated records by contacting info@nicedivot.golf. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests regardless of residency.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
