How It Works

From drop-off to dialed-in, in four steps.

01

Assess & quote

You tell us what your bag needs, or we run a full audit. We measure the current specs, explain what we find, and give you an honest, itemized quote before any work begins.

02

Measure to spec

Every club is checked on calibrated equipment — loft, lie, length, swing weight, and grip size — so we're working from real numbers, not assumptions.

03

Build on the bench

Regrips, reshafts, bends, and swing-weight work are done by hand to tour-van tolerances, then re-measured to confirm each club matches the target spec.

04

Document & return

You get a record of the finished specs so you know exactly what's in your bag — and we coordinate pickup or safe mail-back.

The Detail

What each service actually involves.

Regripping

The grip is the only part of the club you touch, and a slick, hardened grip forces you to squeeze harder — which kills clubhead speed and consistency. We strip the old grip and tape, clean the shaft, and install fresh grips sized to your hands, with the extra wraps of tape needed to dial in the right thickness. In the humid Lowcountry, most players benefit from a fresh set at least once a season. Read our regripping guide →

Loft & lie adjustment

Two small angles decide whether a pured iron finishes on the green or leaks offline. We check lie with a lie board and impact tape, confirm ball flight on the launch monitor, and bend forged and compatible cast heads to your correct spec — tightening dispersion without touching your swing. Loft & lie, explained →

Reshafting

A cracked shaft, a flex that no longer suits your speed, or a generic stock shaft you never had matched to you — reshafting keeps the heads you trust and swaps in a shaft built for your swing, then re-grips and re-weights the finished club. Often a fraction of the cost of buying new. Reshaft vs. buy new →

Full Set Blueprint

A complete audit of your bag: we measure and document loft, lie, length, swing weight, and grip specs on every club, then match and tune the set so your only variable is the swing. It's the best starting point if your gear has never been properly checked.
