Most repairs — regripping, reshafting, loft & lie, and swing-weight work — are completed within 3–5 business days. Full-set blueprints and custom finishing work may take a little longer. We'll always confirm a lead-time estimate when you submit a request.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop off my clubs?

We work by appointment for drop-off and pick-up so we can give your gear our full attention. Submit a service request and we'll coordinate a convenient time. Mail-in service is also available.

Can I mail my clubs to you?

Yes. We accept mail-in clubs from anywhere. Reach out first so we can confirm the work, provide a quote, and share safe packing and shipping guidance.

What brands and equipment do you service?

All major brands — Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, Cobra, Mizuno, Srixon, PXG, and more. We work on drivers, woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters across both graphite and steel shafts.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing starts at clear per-club rates listed on our Services page. Grip and shaft components are billed at cost, and final pricing depends on the parts and condition of your clubs. We'll provide an exact quote before any work begins.

Do you provide the grips and shafts, or should I bring my own?

Both work. We can source a wide selection of premium grips and shafts, including specific models on request. You're also welcome to supply your own components — we'll install them with the same tour-van precision.

What is a Full Set Blueprint?

It's a complete audit of your bag — we measure and document loft, lie, length, swing weight, and grip specs on every club, then match and tune the set so your only variable is the swing. It's the best starting point if you've never had your gear properly checked.

Where are you located?

We're a boutique workshop based in Mount Pleasant, SC, serving the greater Charleston area. Drop-off and pick-up are by appointment.

How often should I have my clubs tuned up?

We recommend a seasonal check — fresh grips and a quick spec audit before the busy season, and a once-over before winter storage. Join our seasonal tune-up reminder list and we'll nudge you when it's time.

Question 10

Should I choose steel or graphite shafts?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your swing speed, priorities, and physical comfort — not your handicap. Graphite is lighter and dampens vibration (great for speed and for anyone with joint issues); steel offers more feedback and control for stronger swings. Can you adjust loft and lie on my irons?

Yes. Most forged and many cast carbon-steel irons can be safely bent a few degrees. We check lie with a lie board and impact tape, confirm the result on a launch monitor, and stay within each head's safe tolerance. A wrong lie angle sends even well-struck shots offline, so it's one of the most worthwhile checks in the bag.

Is it better to reshaft my clubs or buy new ones?

If your heads are still good and the shaft is the wrong fit, reshafting keeps what you love for a fraction of the cost of a new set. If your heads are worn or you want newer technology, new may make more sense. A quick fitting session gives you the data to decide — we'll tell you honestly which is the better use of your money.
